I'm Kelly, a Cognitive Science student at UCLA with a specialization in Computing, on a mission to reimagine how we interact with technology. I'm passionate about building impactful products and am constantly exploring the ever-evolving world of AI to solve-real world problems.
My design philosophy
I believe technology is more than a tool, it is a way to connect people and elevate experiences. To me, design is not only about creativity but also about research and data, uncovering the needs and desires of users to create solutions that truly resonate.
This is my story —
When I was in community college, I wasn't always sure what path I wanted to pursue. Outside of class, though, I could spend hours tinkering on my computer and finding joy in little creative projects. Coding never quite felt like the right fit, but discovering product design showed me a space where creativity, research, and technology could come together. Coming to UCLA, I found communities that nurtured that passion and encouraged me to grow!

Life outside
Outside of design, I find inspiration everywhere — in discovering new music, getting lost in books that transport me to new worlds, and chasing down the best bites as a devoted foodie.
Beyond the classroom, some of my favorite moments have come from building community, whether it's hosting fairs, collaborating in clubs, or finding joy in celebrating creativity with others.
